Behold the Spectacularly Stacked 2024 NFL Schedule: Dates, Times, TV, Where to Watch, Streaming, Matchups for All 272 Epic Games –

Highly Anticipated Season Kicks Off with Chiefs vs Ravens Rematch

The 2024 NFL season promises an action-packed 272 games, with marquee matchups right from the kickoff on Thursday, September 5th. The defending champion Kansas City Chiefs will host the Baltimore Ravens – a rematch of last year’s thrilling AFC Championship game.

“We’re excited to kick off another season of hard-hitting NFL action,” said Commissioner Roger Goodell. “The Chiefs and Ravens delivered an instant classic last year, setting the stage for what should be a tremendously competitive 2024 campaign.”

First NFL Game in South America on Opening Weekend

In a historic first, the NFL will play a regular season game in South America on Friday, September 6th. The Green Bay Packers and Philadelphia Eagles will face off at Corinthians Arena in São Paulo, Brazil under the bright lights of Prime Video’s streaming coverage. This will be the first time the NFL has played a game on Friday of their opening weekend since 1970.

“Staging this game in Brazil represents a landmark achievement for the NFL’s international growth initiatives,” stated Anna Isaacson, NFL Senior Vice President of Media Strategy and Development. “We can’t wait to bring the excitement of NFL football to fans across South America.”

Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Games Highlight Schedule

Beyond opening weekend, fans can look forward to the annual Thanksgiving Day tripleheader, with the Lions hosting the Bears, Cowboys welcoming the Giants, and Packers facing the Dolphins in the nightcap.

The day after Thanksgiving will feature the Black Friday game between the Raiders and Chiefs.

And for the first time, the NFL will have two Christmas Day games streamed on Netflix – Chiefs at Steelers and Ravens at Texans.

“The holiday schedule is packed with must-see matchups every NFL fan will want to tune in for,” said ex-quarterback and CBS analyst Tony Romo. “It’s a stellar slate of games that will have families and friends gathered around the TV.”

Premier Streaming, Broadcast Partners Showcasing Top Games

The NFL’s media partners will be pulling out all the stops to deliver the best viewing experience possible:

  • Prime Video has a stacked Thursday Night Football schedule, including Broncos-Saints, Vikings-Rams, and Cowboys-Eagles.
  • Peacock will stream the international season opener between the Packers and Eagles.
  • Netflix gets the rare Christmas Day doubleheader.
  • The bulk of the schedule airs on the flagship broadcast partners CBS, Fox, NBC, ESPN and ABC.

“With our blend of world-class broadcast partners and premier streaming platforms, the 2024 NFL season will be easier than ever for fans to watch however they prefer,” stated Brian Rolapp, NFL Chief Media and Business Officer.

Other Schedule Highlights

  • There will also be a Saturday doubleheader on December 21 and a tripleheader on December 28.
  • The NFL will play four international games in 2024 – two at Tottenham in London (Jets-Vikings, Jaguars-Bears), one in Munich (Giants-Panthers), and one at Wembley (Patriots-Jaguars).
  • There are three Saturday games: Texans-Chiefs and Steelers-Ravens on Dec. 21, and a Christmas Eve tripleheader on Dec. 23.
  • The regular season wraps up with a flurry of divisional matchups in Weeks 17 and 18 to determine playoff seeding.

“The 2024 schedule is simply loaded with tantalizing matchups across the board,” said Andrew Brandt, former NFL executive and current director of Villanova’s Jeffery S. Moorad Center for the Study of Sports Law. “Between the primetime games, holiday clashes, international tilts, and divisional showdowns, there’s not a dull week on the slate. Buckle up for an amazing ride, NFL fans!”
